The two companies recently signed a partnership agreement, laying the foundation for a groundbreaking cooperation. Due to the large number of different and decentralized SAP systems, assigning authorizations is becoming increasingly difficult - this not only costs time, but also requires personnel.<\/p>\n

A real control of who can and may use which rights becomes more and more unclear the longer the SAP systems are in operation.<\/p>

With the help of the SAP add-on SetQ from Voquz, the approval process for granting SAP authorizations is automated and implemented as a transparent process.<\/p>\n

Sivis provides the technical basis for this and takes SetQ to a higher level. The contents and scope of authorizations become traceable and the entire process can be mapped in compliance.<\/p>\n

The Sivis modules are enriched with information from the license optimization. This means that the user learns when authorizations are assigned or changed.<\/p>\n

This makes it clear what costs are incurred and increases transparency and cost awareness.<\/p>\n
