The Fusion<\/span> is subject to customary closing conditions, including antitrust approvals and shareholder approval, and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2017.<\/p>\n

Micro Focus<\/span> and HPE are planning to establish a Transaction<\/span> also enter into a partnership with which Suse<\/span> to the preferred Linux<\/span>-partner of HPE.<\/p>\n

In addition, the OpenStack<\/span>-Know-how<\/span> from Suse<\/span> for joint innovations around Helion-OpenStack<\/span>- and Stackato PaaS solutions (Platform as a Service<\/span>) from HPE can be used.<\/p>\n

The Fusion<\/span> brings together two established enterprise software vendors with complementary portfolios.<\/p>\n

With revenues of approximately $4.5 billion, this creates one of the world's largest pure-play infrastructure software companies.
