Suitable IT specialists are desperately sought everywhere.<\/p>\n<p>The IT industry is now talking about a real \"war of talents\". That's why we are now offering potential employees our special training and development programs at the SOA People Academy.<\/p>\n<p>This gives both our existing employees and young talent the opportunity to train and develop at the SOA People Academy: They are allowed to go through top-class trainee programs and training courses there and acquire expertise on cutting-edge topics such as SAP S\/4 Hana, digital transformation, cloud and mobility.<\/p>\n<h3>Train consultants yourself<\/h3>\n<p>Since the end of 2017, we at Cormeta AG have been a member of the SOA People Group and can thus also benefit from the comprehensive offer of the SOA People Academy.<\/p>\n<p>Through this academy, we train both our own SAP experts and young academics looking to start their careers as SAP consultants.<\/p>\n<p>The training program is particularly attractive for university graduates who want to train and develop as experienced SAP consultants.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/e3mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Behrens-Holger.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-35423\" src=\"https:\/\/e3mag.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Behrens-Holger.jpg\" alt=\"Holger Behrens\" width=\"1000\" height=\"385\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Actively promoting talent<\/h3>\n<p>Each year, more than 60 graduates are trained at the Academy - across a wide range of business areas, including supply chain, finance and business intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>Those who wish to pursue a career as a professional and certified SAP consultant receive an intensive trainee program of five to eight weeks after a selection process.<\/p>\n<p>The programs cover all areas from cloud strategies, the implementation of Industrie 4.0 or the implementation of the latest SAP solutions, S\/4 Hana and SuccessFactors solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Junior consultants who have completed the Academy's trainee program can usually be deployed immediately in customer projects, which naturally has a lasting effect on cooperation with existing customers.<\/p>\n<p>The training program consists of promoting a range of hard and soft skills, from presentation techniques to specific business processes and communication.<\/p>\n<p>Here, the future SAP consultant is supported by an experienced mentor who accompanies him or her on a customer-based SAP project - the project is then presented in the final exam.<\/p>\n<p>To date, several hundred graduates of the SOA People Academy have received certification as SAP consultants. We also have the first employees who have successfully completed the SOA People Academy.<\/p>\n<p>Well-trained employees are the capital of a successful company - this of course also applies to us as Cormeta AG.<\/p>\n<p>Our customers can expect high-quality expertise on issues relating to new technologies, digitization and the cloud, not least thanks to the comprehensive training program at the SOA People Academy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0d64ba;\">SOA People Academy<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Founded:<\/strong> 2007 in Wavre, Belgium, to comprehensively train its own SAP consultants who will continue to provide customers with the highest quality tomorrow<\/p>\n<p><strong>Graduates:<\/strong> Over 400 so far, usually an international group of participants with a maximum of 30 young talents per course<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hard Skills:<\/strong> SAP fundamentals from all business areas, including supply chain, finance and business intelligence, as well as the latest technologies and SAP solutions: SAP S\/4 Hana, Cloud, Mobility, IoT, Digitalization in all areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong> Presentation techniques, communication, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedure:<\/strong> After a defined selection process, intensive training of 5 to 8 weeks, among other things on the basis of customer-based practical projects, accompanied by a company mentor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Business language:<\/strong> English<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructor:<\/strong> including experienced managers from the SOA People Group<\/p>\n<p><strong>Graduation:<\/strong> Final examination to become a certified SAP consultant<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Training and development opportunities can significantly enhance the image and attractiveness of an employer.
