However, the study authors conclude that supplementing the company's own IT platforms is absolutely essential if SMEs do not want to miss out on current and future IT trends.<\/p>\n

Medium-sized companies have recognized the potential of a cross-location Communication<\/span>- and collaboration platform has not yet been exhausted. Overall, investments are due not only in collaboration solutions, but also in other areas such as ERP and DMS.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
