Ilka Friese prevailed in her category against the decision-makers from the IT industry and received the highest award, Platinum, at a festive gala in Berlin.<\/p>\n

Friese is the first woman on the management board at NTT Data Germany and in this role is committed to the topic of diversity. The leadership and promotion of employees play an important role for her.<\/p>
