In addition to the actual lecture program, the day has a lot to offer with two further keynotes: Hanno Beck, a business journalist and economics professor, will kick off the day with a talk on the fear of change, while Margit M\u00fcller's closing keynote from the field of soft skills will deal with breakdowns, misfortunes and mishaps in communication.<\/p>
