\"Michael<\/a>In addition to MBG Mittelst\u00e4ndische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, S-Kap Beteiligungsgesellschaft, investment financier of Sparkasse Pforzheim Calw, took a stake in the newly founded holding company Parsionate Group GmbH.<\/p>\n

In the future, this will act as the holding company for the group of companies. This transaction is intended to support the further growth of the company.<\/p>

Parsionate was founded in 2013 by a group of consultants. With their consulting and implementation services, the omnichannel specialists enable enterprise customers to implement their digitization projects.<\/p>\n

Under the leadership of the two managing directors Michael Fieg and Thomas Sperrfechter as well as several experienced specialists, further European offices are to be established in the coming years and a thematic broadening of the consulting portfolio is to be implemented.<\/p>\n

\"We are very pleased with the financing solution reached. Around 70 percent of the shares are now held by company executives\"<\/p>\n

Fieg said.<\/p>\n

For the investor group, MBG Managing Director Guy Selbherr emphasizes:<\/p>\n
