With retroactive effect from January 1, 2016, the USU subsidiary SecurIntegration, headquartered in Cologne, and Aspera, also a USU company headquartered in Aachen, will be merged.<\/p>\n

With the legal merger through the entry in the commercial register, the operational merger of the two companies, which had already begun in 2015, is completed.<\/p>

SecurIntegration, which has been part of the USU Group since 2015, will continue its business activities without changes at the operational level and with all its employees at the Cologne site as Aspera's \"SAP Business Unit\".<\/p>\n

\"Diehl\"<\/a>The previous managing director of SecurIntegration, Guido Schneider, one of Germany's most renowned SAP licensing experts, will head the business unit.<\/p>\n

The companies have already been working together intensively on a technical level for years. The merger sustainably strengthens the company's performance and enables it to offer national and international customers an established portfolio of solutions from a single source that covers all facets of strategic software license management.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
