While part of the SAP<\/span>-Customers<\/span> holds back when it comes to HCP, many are reaching for Company<\/span> the possibilities that the new development and integration platform already offers today.<\/p>\n

Already over 4000 Customers<\/span> and around 500 partners are according to SAP<\/span> (am DSAG<\/span>-Annual Congress); the growth rates are around 300 percent every quarter!<\/p>

So there are Customers<\/span>, which each month presents an idea in the HCP as a digital App<\/span> want to implement.
\nOr: There are SAP<\/span>In the future, these partners will also provide their add-on solutions for S\/4 Hana and develop these on the basis of HCP, such as a cockpit for manufacturing companies or an add-on for efficient SAP<\/span>-Document Management.<\/p>\n

According to a SAP<\/span>-main objective: to provide a platform with which (web-)Applications<\/span> and solutions developed, along with provisioning and delivery - easily, cost-effectively and quickly.<\/p>\n

HCP enables the integration of Applications<\/span> and data, for example, from cloud and on-premisesApps<\/span>, but also from-cloud-to-cloudApps<\/span>.<\/p>\n

To address this and other issues (such as big dataApplications<\/span>) via Cloud computing<\/span> agile and flexible infrastructure elements or infrastructure technologies are needed to create and use such solutions.<\/p>\n

And in this context sets SAP<\/span> strongly on Open Source<\/span> - on Linux<\/span>, Cloud Foundry, Hadoop and OpenStack<\/span>. Open Source<\/span> has long been a common thread running through SAP's technology infrastructure strategy.<\/p>\n

Focus OpenStack<\/h2>\n

Suse now provides some innovation with OpenStack Cloud in version 7, which pushes what has been achieved further forward.<\/p>\n

It is based on the OpenStack<\/span>-Release Newton with full support for Docker based on Kubernetes as the framework for container orchestration.<\/p>\n

This gives users access to container-as-a-service (CaaS) functionality. This enables them to run innovative cloud-native workloads andApplications<\/span> develop and incorporate DevOps processes and environments.<\/p>\n

Furthermore are Company<\/span> able to do so, Software<\/span>-upgrades without downtime and without service interruptions. Future upgrades to new OpenStack<\/span>-versions no longer affect ongoing operations.<\/p>\n

Suse OpenStack 7 also includes additional High availability<\/span>-features. For example, high-availability protection for virtual machines and workloads, which High availability<\/span> for control planes and compute nodes.<\/p>\n

Customers<\/span> are supported, also \"mission-critical\"-Applications<\/span> on the basis of the Cloud computing<\/span> to use. The new version also comes with an integration of OpenStack<\/span> Manila and CephFS, delivered via Suse Enterprise Storage<\/span>.<\/p>\n

This means that a unified Storage<\/span>-environment that enables customers to run workloads for their block, object, and fileStorage<\/span>-systems in a single cluster. The goal here is to minimize investment and operating costs.<\/p>\n

And last, but no least offers Suse<\/span> OpenStack Cloud 7 provides improved scalability. It forces deployment across multiple Data centers<\/span> sustainable over the long term.<\/p>\n

Company<\/span> can also use the IaaS solution now presented by Suse<\/span> Manage multiple private clouds from one consistent user interface.<\/p>\n

With a OpenStack<\/span>-solution like the one from Suse<\/span> in conjunction with Cloud Foundry and Linux<\/span> as the preferred operating system at SAP<\/span>-environments in the cloud as well as on premise are Company<\/span> with the use of Software<\/span>-defined Data centers<\/span> advantageously equipped for the implementation of changed, optimized business strategies.<\/p>\n

Necessities, namely reacting quickly to new market or industry requirements, can thus ultimately be better put into practice. SAP HCP clearly stands for this, for example through OpenStack<\/span> is underpinned.<\/p>\n
