Even with several thousand process nodes to be analyzed, it is still possible to work interactively. The chains can be assessed in terms of material flows, transport routes, capacity utilization and added value.<\/p>\n

In the meantime, ORSoft has successfully demonstrated in several projects with the Enterprise Workbench that a reliable strategic capacity simulation for several years is possible by eliminating the separation on the basis of SAP models.<\/p>\n

While SOP planning typically does not allow you to change the available resources, new materials and resources are created simulatively in the Enterprise Workbench, using existing objects as templates. Additional resources can be added to existing routings or recipes as alternatives.<\/p>\n

The Manufacturing Workbench and Enterprise Workbench have been running on Hana in conjunction with ERP since 2013 and on S\/4 On-premise Edition since 2015. ORSoft installed S\/4 as soon as it became available and adapted an SAP-certified interface to SAP ERP for the requirements of S\/4.<\/p>\n

As a result of a co-innovation project together with SAP, a cloud solution for S\/4 was developed for cross-plant ATP and CTP testing. Here, the user works in a clear Fiori screen, while powerful algorithms in the background can determine the capacitive feasibility of a customer request in a matter of seconds, even across plants.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
