In a good ten years, the database will be the standard in SAP user companies. However, the conversion to Hana is associated with very high costs for the companies.<\/p>\n

With SamQ, users can now maximize the value of this investment. For this purpose, Voquz provides a new update of the SAP license management and optimization tool SamQ.<\/p>

In addition to optimizing SAP named-user licenses based on actual transactions used, SamQ now also uncovers the optimization potential for Hana licenses.<\/p>\n

The Hana licensing model offers two variants: volume-based or as a 15 percent surcharge on the maintenance fees. The latter license variant is used most frequently.<\/p>\n

The automatic optimization of named-user licenses with SamQ reduces the costs for new and subsequent purchases of SAP licenses and thus also limits maintenance costs to the maximum necessary.<\/p>\n

In this way, SamQ has a triple effect: SAP users save on licensing costs, reduce their maintenance fees and optimize their Hana costs at the same time.<\/p>\n

SamQ is the only software for SAP license management that analyzes, evaluates and optimizes the activities of SAP users in terms of licensing law fully automatically and at regular intervals.<\/p>\n

At the push of a button, the tool collects all license information for checking software license compliance, determines the optimal named-user license and automatically writes it back to the connected systems.<\/p>\n

The new release now offers license managers even better transparency, as all information on maintenance and Hana costs can now also be viewed at a glance in the SamQ Dashboard.<\/p>\n
