ACM creates end-to-end business processes and perfects the enterprise information management (EIM) strategy. Users have access to the audit-proof archived documents from all SAP transactions at any time and can search and display them in the SAP GUI.<\/p>

Outgoing documents are automatically archived using SAP message control and linked to the SAP document. Incoming documents can be flexibly filed, archived and linked to the SAP document using scan scenarios or drag & drop.<\/p>\n

Compared to the SAP Content Server, the SAP ECM solution offers several advantages and additional features. In addition to the availability of a scan client with generic, SAP-certified interface for digitizing paper documents incl. linking to the SAP document, the ACM offers several adapters to connect worm storage solutions and thus ensure audit-proof archiving.<\/p>\n

With the three expansion stages, the solution can be tailored to individual requirements. For example, documents can either be called up directly from SAP or searched in SharePoint via files or full-text search.<\/p>\n
