The company carried out the migration to S/4 Finance Add-on after extensive testing and has a positive assessment of the migration project. "When we went live, everything was done within a day - including financial data migration and reconciliation based on before and after comparisons. Since then, we have been productive with S/4 Finance Add-on 1503 with SP4 (1602) without any 'aftershocks' and are well prepared to support our customers with the migration," says Wolfgang Braun, CEO of SPV. "We had evaluated all aspects of the migration in detail. The only limitation we were able to identify in our sandbox tests: The migration absolutely requires SP4 of the product." SPV works with the MM, SD, FI and CO modules. In addition, a non-SAP service add-on implemented in Abap is in use. This was deliberately adopted one-to-one to see how it harmonizes with S/4. The result: only minimal adjustments were necessary.

Extended CloudQuality Suite

Panaya has expanded its CloudQuality platform to include functions for security and performance code analysis. The SAP PartnerEdge Cloud Choice, profit option aims to create incentives for customers to supplement their existing on-premise systems with a cloud structure. Partners receive commissions in the double-digit percentage range, which are paid out for new business, upselling and contract extensions. This is intended to increase financial predictability and reduce the risk associated with cloud sales for partners, allowing them to concentrate fully on expanding their customers' cloud demand. According to SAP, this ensures stable revenue streams that remain in place throughout the entire customer and partner relationship. Unlike the traditional model, where the partner manages every aspect of the transaction, Cloud Choice, profit option supports the partner's activities with elements such as contracting, billing and capture.

SAP material file at the touch of a button

Otto Bock Healthcare in Austria modernized and expanded the existing SAP material file with solutions from Easy Software.
