\"The customer often enters the project too quickly,\" warns Stegmann. \"Fundamental elements are not yet sufficiently defined - such as a structured job catalog, the future system landscape or the strategic direction.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is also crucial to have a clear definition of data responsibility: \"It must be precisely defined which system is responsible for which data. For example, should bank details be managed in Workday or in the payroll system?\" As experts in both worlds, both Stegmann and Perp\u00e9tuo can act as translators here and define efficient processes and interfaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Implementation with balance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\"The success of a project is directly linked to the provision of resources by the customer,\" emphasizes Stegmann. In Workday projects, it is possible to work together with an implementation partner who carries out the actual implementation. In this constellation, HCM Advisory Service provides support as a service partner on the customer side: \"In the initial phase, companies do not yet have in-depth Workday expertise. The implementation partner presents its solution concepts, and we can evaluate and recommend alternative approaches as an independent authority.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another important aspect of implementation is the early involvement of the works council, especially when it comes to topics such as data protection and GDPR compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After successful implementation, the support phase begins. With our experts, we can contribute to fast ticket processing.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n
