MHP has completed the S\/4 conversion for the finance and procurement area. This was one of MHP's most extensive S\/4 projects. A specially adapted model (framework) for Porsche as well as cooperative collaboration and a consistent end-to-end approach led to success. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transformation was also one of the largest projects in this area for the sports car manufacturer. Markus Wambach, Group COO at MHP: \"It was an extraordinary team effort, because it was like changing a tire while the car was moving. Excellence, tenacity and resilience ultimately contributed to the success of the project.\" <\/p>

The system change in the finance and procurement area of Porsche AG (go-live) started at the beginning of 2023 during ongoing operations and was completed with a hypercare phase. User feedback was used to further optimize the user interface by summer 2024, make further adjustments in some areas and add new features in the AI environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
