He notes that the European Union is at a crucial point in mastering the difficult game between regulation and innovation with regard to AI. According to Fisher, this is commendable, but calls for a more nuanced framework that not only ensures ethical use of the technology and transparency, but also stimulates innovation and market competitiveness.<\/p>
