The joint CoE will focus on the use of IBM's Watsonx AI and data platform, which includes Watsonx AI assistants to develop integrated generative AI solutions for clients. The CoE will incorporate new generative AI applications into NTT Data's it.human platform, which enhances the customer experience through integrated capabilities of Watsonx, machine learning, speech recognition, natural language processing and conversational AI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The joint project also benefits from IBM resources in the areas of training, education and technology, including IBM Cloud. This will generate use cases and provide access to foundational models and best practices to support client projects using the Watsonx platform.<\/p>
