S\/4 Hana Cloud, Private Edition, is the technological foundation that will enable the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team to use artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud solutions from SAP to make informed decisions and predictions, optimize resources and future-proof its IT infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Efficiency is the linchpin of success in Formula 1, which is why compliance with the cost cap and the optimization of the complex supply chain of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team are two focal points of the partnership. The cost cap in Formula 1 stipulates exactly how much the teams can spend per season. Strict penalties are imposed if this limit is exceeded. The Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team therefore relies on the S\/4 Hana Finance solution to allocate, save and use resources more efficiently. With the integrated capabilities of SAP Business AI, the team can forecast costs and final budget requirements and optimize both the supply chain and inventory levels accordingly. The team also has the ability to leverage SAP Build and the Business Technology Platform to implement a transparent enterprise architecture that provides a unified view of data and systems from multiple sources across the organization.<\/p>
