A premiere in the Cloud Computing Market Barometer Germany: For the first time since the survey was conducted, the proportion of cloud computing respondents citing the public cloud as their preferred operating model is ahead. Whereas in the survey two years ago, almost 70 percent of survey participants cited internal resistance from IT management or senior management as the reason why user companies decide against deploying cloud computing solutions, this proportion had already fallen to just over 60 percent last year - and has continued to fall in the current survey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, after two years of great uncertainty, a certain normality seems to have returned. This year, the proportion of companies surveyed that report positive effects of the Corona crisis on their business has risen further. In contrast, there is no longer any talk of negative effects at all. That sounded very different twelve months ago. And that is why the general business forecast and the corona-related business forecast are converging again.<\/p>
