Interaction between consulting and industry<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Michael Neuhaus,\u200e<\/strong> is the managing director and shareholder responsible for networker, solutions in Hamburg and Trilux Digital Solutions in Dortmund. In this dual role, Neuhaus rethinks the topic of variant configuration together with his team and combines the expert knowledge that has grown over the years with a strong industry partner. This means, for example, that new solutions can be developed directly in the user's environment and at the same time made marketable across all industries. As a proven and established expert in the field of SAP and variant configuration, Neuhaus has, among other things, co-authored the reference book \"Variant Configuration with SAP\". Together with SAP, Neuhaus is the host and organizer of the conference for variant manufacturers, which is being held for the 15th time this year and has become the community platform for variant manufacturers in the DACH region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Michael Neuhaus has been active as a consultant in the software and consulting business for over 26 years. His career includes various consulting and management positions in internationally operating service and production companies. Before his current engagement, he was responsible for the operative business and sales of an SAP consulting company as managing director for more than twelve years. In his new role, Michael Neuhaus joins fellow board members Thomas Brox and Ralf Krohn on the management board of networker, solutions.<\/p>

New Director SAP TM at Swan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Martin Fr\u00f6schl<\/strong> is responsible for business development and the expansion of the SAP TM division as Director SAP TM. The 49-year-old business IT graduate has many years of experience, extensive know-how and a large network in the logistics sector. Martin Fr\u00f6schl will be based in Giebelstadt, one of Swan's seven locations in Germany. He reports to Managing Director Alexander Bernhard. In his new role as SAP TM division manager, Fr\u00f6schl aims to strengthen Swan's position as a provider of customized SAP
logistics solutions for a broad range of industries and further expand customer relationships. \"My strategy and activities are aimed at acquiring more projects and personnel, drilling into new sectors and expanding marketing measures\"<\/em>says the logistics expert with a focus on SAP EWM. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past twenty years, he has built up in-depth SAP expertise, which he is now bringing to Swan. Fr\u00f6schl has been working in the IT and logistics industry for over twenty-five years. Before joining Swan, he worked as Head of SAP at K\u00f6rber Supply Chain Software, formerly Inconso. Before that, he spent almost nine years at logistics giant SSI Sch\u00e4fer, first as Team Leader SAP Projects, then as Director SAP Realization. Swan took over the SAP division of SSI Schaefer last year and integrated all employees with all existing branches. Fr\u00f6schl therefore met up with former colleagues again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Chief Strategy Officer at iGrafx<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Alexandre Wentzo<\/strong> joins the iGrafx Executive Board as Chief Strategy Officer. He will be responsible for strategy development and implementation as well as the planning and execution of the company's content objectives and will help position iGrafx as a business transformation software provider. Wentzo was most recently Senior Vice President Private Equity, Asia Pacific (APAC) and Japan at process mining specialist Celonis, where he was responsible for strategic and business planning, marketing and business development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously, he was SVP at BPM specialist Signavio, which was recently successfully sold to SAP for 1.2 billion US dollars. \"After more than twenty years in the business process management industry, I am looking forward to supporting a versatile BPM provider in strategy development and implementation and accelerating value creation for our customers thanks to innovative and unique software offerings\"<\/em>explains Wentzo about his new task. \"I am very proud to be part of this great team. Together we will develop a process intelligence solution with the help of AI and process mining.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rita Tenan joins Tableau<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Rita Tenan<\/strong> has been appointed Area Vice President, Public Sector (EMEA) at Tableau. Tenan will lead the Salesforce company's regional team for the public sector. In this role, she equips public sector organizations with the tools they need to better use and understand data. Rita Tenan graduated from the Ecole de Commerce with several degrees in International Business Management before starting her career at business intelligence company Fisher International. There she was responsible for mainframe and security solutions across the EMEA region. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She then worked for the software company Dynasoft, where she was head of sales for Central and Southern Europe. In her next position, Tenan sat on the board of Unisys and was Vice President of the Italian Service Practice. Her diverse and extensive experience also earned her a number of management positions at Microsoft. \"With our technology solutions and the global Tableau community, we help governments in different regions to achieve added value with data. I am very much looking forward to this task\"<\/em>says Tenan herself about her new position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sycor expands management team<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

With the appointment of Guido Lindlar<\/strong> N\u00e4der Holding is continuing the transformation of the G\u00f6ttingen-based IT company into a leading service provider for German SMEs that began in 2020 with the appointment of Guido Lindlar as Managing Director of Sycor. Guido Lindlar will join the G\u00f6ttingen-based consultancy in July and take over the management of the sales and marketing divisions as Chief Sales Officer (CSO). He brings with him extensive experience in IT consulting for medium-sized customers. As Managing Director, he has been responsible for the further development of well-known medium-sized software companies, including Software AG and the Scheer Group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lindlar started his career at Allianz and Telekom as a marketing and sales manager. Most recently, Lindlar was responsible for significant growth in the SaaS and cloud sector at a start-up. \"With Guido Lindlar, we are further expanding our expertise profile in the areas of CRM and BPM software, cloud services and AI. These topics are playing an increasingly important role in the German SME sector. With Lindlar, we can strengthen our growth offensive in this area\"<\/em>says Thomas Ahlers, Chairman of the Management Board, Sycor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Thorsten Schlechtriem<\/strong> is Chief Operating Officer at Easy Software. In his role, he is responsible for central decisions in the operational business. Schlechtriem has dedicated his entire career to software sales. Most recently, he worked for ten years at the British software manufacturer Sage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Following the recent acquisitions, Infoniqa has expanded its top management level: Christopher Brezlan<\/strong> was appointed to the management team as Chief Technical Officer, Andrew Barton will take on the position of Chief Organization Officer and Hans-J\u00fcrgen Wels will become the new Chief Product Officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Markus Steinberger,<\/strong> who has been with the Haufe Group since 2013, is taking over the management of Tisoware, part of the ProAlpha Group. He brings with him 22 years of experience in key account management for cloud and software solutions and can look back on over twelve years of management experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Leif Pellikan<\/strong> is the new Head of Press at the Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW) e. V. The long-standing media journalist and former editor will expand the press area together with his team in his newly created position. He previously worked as an editor at the trade journal W&V.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Oliver Albl<\/strong> will join the Fabasoft Management Board as Chief Technical Officer (CTO). The graduate of HTBLA Leonding has been working in the company in the field of software development since 1991 and has successfully held numerous management positions and further expanded the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Laura Vantellini<\/strong> takes over as Head of Sales at T-Systems in Germany. In her new role as Senior Vice President Sales Germany, she will report to Urs Kr\u00e4mer.
