The new name: Customer Center of Expertise, CCoE. But the direction of the CCoE is still being discussed in the SAP community. The partnership idea of give and take - in other words, a classic win-win situation - has not yet manifested itself in the S\/4 era. A consistent cloud model for a CCoE is also missing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the will to continue this first-level support idea and adapt it for the digital transformation is present at SAP, DSAG, partners and, of course, existing customers. The right positioning is yet to be determined: What benefits should existing SAP customers receive for building an on-prem or cloud-based CCoE? However, SAP, the partners, and the existing customers should all be aware of this new role. There is an increased need for discussion here in the coming months.
