This represents an increase of four percent compared to 2021. <em>\"This year represents one of the most unsettled years yet for CIOs\"<\/em>, says John-David Lovelock, Distinguished Research Vice President at Gartner. <em>\"Geopolitical tensions, inflation, currency fluctuations and supply chain challenges are among the many factors that require both attention and time.
