New Head of Delivery for Capgemini<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The native of Lower Austria Karl-Heinz Urban<\/strong> with more than 30 years of IT expertise is now Head of Delivery at Capgemini in Austria. He has been with the company since 2009 and is now responsible for project management starting with customer assignments. A graduate in business informatics (master's degree from Vienna University of Technology), he has been responsible for IT strategy, consulting and implementation at various companies over the past decades, primarily in the financial services sector. His previous employers include BearingPoint Consulting, KPMG and Ploentzke Consulting. Previously, he was a Principal Consultant in Capgemini's team in Austria and is now the Head of the Delivery Unit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 64-year-old Karl-Heinz Urban is predestined for this management function thanks to his many years of experience at Capgemini and other companies in the industry. In his new position, he wants to focus primarily on existing customer relationships: \"It is important to know what is currently happening in the market and adapt customer strategies to it, without losing sight of their needs. This allows us to offer our customers high-quality solutions that create real added value.\"<\/em> In his private life, Karl-Heinz Urban is a passionate skier and golfer. In addition, he regularly plays the piano and, as a culture enthusiast, is also an enthusiastic visitor to theater and musical performances.   <\/p>

Rafael Dubois joins Qvest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Rafael Dubois<\/strong> has been appointed Vice President Sales Europe Media & Entertainment at Qvest. In his new role, Dubois will further develop the company's European growth strategy, lead the European sales team and support international customers with a comprehensive service portfolio ranging from change and technology consulting to software and product development and system integration. After studying law at the Universidad Cat\u00f3lica Andr\u00e9s Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, Dubois gained more than twenty years of extensive global sales experience in the media industry. During his career to date, he has held senior management positions at technology companies such as Grass Valley, Pebble Beach Systems and Ericsson. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most recently, Dubois was responsible for key media clients such as BBC Studios, UKTV, AMC and QVC at the British telecommunications company Arqiva. Rafael Dubois is delighted with the new position: \"Companies, customers and consumers in the technology sector know no borders. Heike Spindler is the new branch manager<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Heike Spindler<\/strong> is the new branch manager for the Karlsruhe location at Cpro Industry and succeeds Michael Weinmann, who has moved to the Untersee subsidiary. Alexander Brandl<\/strong> is the new Team Lead Project and Delivery Management of the SAP business unit at Axians ICT Austria. He has in-depth knowledge of the SAP environment and will play an active role in shaping the further development of the SAP One-Stop Shop. Alexander Brandl is convinced that stringent standards and a clear target orientation are the key factors here. \"How can the customer's individual requirements be met? The aim is to find the best possible, most efficient solution - and people are crucial to this. Because IT is a people business, the success of a project stands and falls with the right team.\"<\/em> Alexander Brandl studied business informatics in Linz and is a certified PMP project manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieter Ferner-Pandolfi<\/strong> has been appointed as the new Country Manager Austria at Red Hat. With many years of experience in IT and enterprise open source technologies, he will focus on strengthening Red Hat as a reliable and relevant technology partner for Austrian customers and partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Markus Kaiser<\/strong> joins the Allgeier team as a member of the Management Board in the Enterprise IT business segment. He has many years of experience and expertise in the field of digital transformation, both on the part of public sector clients and specialist service providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Wolfgang Tichy<\/strong> is a new partner at the Vienna-based SAP consultancy CNT. This increases the inner circle of CNT to twelve partners and one associate.
