Microsoft Azure expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The SAP consulting company Cpro Industry has acquired a majority stake in Inconsys, a service provider for Microsoft infrastructure solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the acquired Microsoft Azure expertise, Cpro Industry offers its customers a further infrastructure basis for migration to the cloud; this opens up additional growth prospects for the company in the cloud business. \"The acquisition of Inconsys enables us to bring SAP and Microsoft together and to position ourselves even more broadly in the cloud sector. We see the opportunity here to unleash a whole range of synergies\"<\/em>explains Claudius Seja, Managing Director of Cpro Industry. SAP and Microsoft have been working closely together for years on the integration and certification of SAP products on Azure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the joint strategy, Azure is increasingly being chosen for efficient and secure migration to the cloud. Even before the takeover, the two Hamburg-based system houses worked closely together at project level. At that time, Inconsys still appeared as a sub-service provider. As part of Cpro Industry, Inconsys will primarily drive forward the topic of S\/4 Hana migration. With the Microsoft partner, Cpro Industry will be able to offer its customers flexible transformation solutions to S\/4 Hana with Azure in future. Depending on customer requirements, a new implementation (greenfield), a system conversion (brownfield) or a selective migration is possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All for One intends acquisition<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All for One Group SE intends to acquire all shares in the customer experience specialist and SAP Gold Partner Poet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the planned acquisition, All for One is taking a major step towards expanding its Customer Experience division, which the subsidiary B4B Solutions serves for more than 3,000 customers across the Group. The 110 experts from the Karlsruhe-based IT service provider and its development company in Egypt will strengthen the Group, particularly in the area of commerce, and work with B4B Solutions to position and drive forward the entire range of customer experience services based on the customer journey - in sales, service and marketing or digital platforms such as customer portals and stores. \"Poet Egypt has played a key role in Poet's successful CX projects for more than 15 years. Bridge building<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Celonis has announced the acquisition of Darmstadt-based Process Analytics Factory (PAF). Its software PAFnow is a process mining software fully integrated into Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Office 365 for the analysis, visualization and optimization of almost all processes. The software thus offers Microsoft users easy access to process mining. The Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) combines real-time data and process intelligence in an integrated cloud platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers who want to gain a comprehensive data-based insight into the real flow of their business processes will in future be able to benefit from the functions of Celonis EMS within their familiar Microsoft environment. The approximately 40 employees of PAF will strengthen the development of solutions for the Microsoft Power Platform at Celonis. Tobias Rother, founder and CEO of PAF, will drive the expansion of the Microsoft Center of Excellence and all Power BI topics within Celonis. Timo Nolle, CTO of PAF, will lead the development of product integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
