To support the expansion of Theobald Software, Bregal Unternehmerkapital (BU) becomes a shareholder in the company. \"We are delighted to have gained a shareholder in BU whose values and ideas for the further development of Theobald Software are completely in line with ours\"<\/em>says Peter Wohlfarth, Managing Director of Theobald Software. The aim of the partnership is to successively drive forward growth, which has developed continuously over the past almost 20 years since the company was founded, across additional target markets. \"In addition, the focus is on investing in research and development in order to expand our market position in the area of SAP interfaces. We see our new sparring partner as having the necessary expertise from a strategic and structural perspective\"<\/em>Wohlfarth continues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The completion of the transaction is still subject to the usual reservations. Patrick Theobald will withdraw from the management board as founder, but will remain involved in the company due to the clear vision and full confidence in this step. In addition, Theobald will continue to contribute his technical expertise as a consultant. Peter Wohlfarth will continue to lead the fortunes of Theobald Software as CEO and Managing Director and will continue on the chosen path with his team with full anticipation, enthusiasm and motivation.<\/p>
