Within the Devoteam A Cloud enterprise pillar, all offerings are combined, covering services and products in cooperation with AWS. In his new role, the experienced IT specialist will work closely with AWS. After graduating with a degree in computer science, Boro Milivojevic began his career as a software developer at an American start-up before moving to BMW in 2001. There he worked for six years as an IT project manager. He then founded two companies of his own; one after the other, Bumblehood and BoatBooker, which were based on cloud and IT SaaS concepts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the successful sale of both companies, Milivojevic moved to AWS Germany in 2016, where his hands-on expertise still plays a key role today. In this role, he accompanied his customers on their way into the digital future and decidedly led the coordination and implementation of far-reaching transformation concepts. In this key position, Milivojevic first came into contact with Devoteam through joint projects and customers. <em>\"Values such as customer centricity and digital security are clearly at the forefront for AWS - just as they are for Devoteam. The company has thus completed the first part of its strategic realignment in Austria. Nora Lawender, who is responsible as Country Managing Director, will take over the management from February 2022. In his current position on the management board, Oberauer is responsible for innovation and go-to-market. In his future position as Country Managing Director of NTT Ltd. in Austria, he will continue to drive forward the transformation of the IT service provider. In the position of Country Managing Director at NTT Ltd. in Austria, Nora Lawender has dedicated herself to the realignment of the company and change management. This included the sale of the telephony business in the small customer segment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new strategic direction of the company was also an important part of her work. Together with her team, she has set the course for a successful future for NTT Ltd. in Austria. Oberauer brings extensive management and technology knowledge from his previous tasks and is thus optimally prepared for his new role as Country Managing Director. Oberauer, who has been with the company for four years, is already involved in all important strategic decisions as a member of the management board. Prior to joining Celonis, Cassiano was Global Head Solution Management of SAP Customer Experience at SAP. Celonis Labs is designed to drive and accelerate the development of disruptive technologies by giving researchers and developers a generous space to think about the art of the possible. Celonis Labs teams will experiment with new ideas and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and augmented and virtual reality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Their task is to use creative approaches to influence the way companies work in the future. <em>\"My primary goal is to increase the added value that Celonis offers its customers. He now also heads the HR department for Eastern Europe. Prior to his career at Capgemini, Unterhuber worked in the HR team at Mondi, having already focused on HR during his studies as a research assistant in the team at the Institute of Human Resources Management. Born in Lower Austria and father of two small children, Unterhuber is particularly pleased with the variety of his job: <em>\"I work with very diverse teams on a daily basis, which allows me to constantly broaden my own horizons. In addition to the classic HR agendas, I am also a sparring partner for our managers. I really appreciate the trust that is placed in me here.\"<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unterhuber was able to earn this trust through his many years at Capgemini: <em>\"When I joined the company in 2012, I never imagined that I would go through so many stations and departments within one company. Nhi Stein's experience in HR management and organizational development is based on ten years of success within international group companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 2012, the fully qualified lawyer was involved in setting up the HR department of a subsidiary of the Hyundai Motor Group for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Russia. Most recently, Stein has been Head of People &amp; Culture at the i:Fao Group since 2018. As a strategic partner, she advised the company management in the areas of change management, talent management and corporate culture. Most recently, Jha was Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Nasdaq. Prior to that, she worked at Mercer, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse. She holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Agnes Seisl<\/strong><\/strong> joins the Austrian management team at Tieto-Evry. In her new role as People Manager, Seisl will be responsible for the Austrian SAP team in Vienna, Linz and Graz. Born in Carinthia, she can already look back on a long career at Tieto-Evry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Katrin Hoffmann<\/strong><\/strong> has been appointed head of the new SAP Consulting unit at msg. The business graduate has more than 20 years of experience in the public sector and has an excellent network in the industry. Previously, she was an authorized signatory and senior manager at other consulting firms in the sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong>Markus Grauvogl<\/strong> <\/strong>is Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and responsible for sales and marketing at low-code provider United Planet. Grauvogl has held various management positions in sales and marketing in the IT and telecommunications sector for 17 years. He has worked for Telefonica and KPN, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Manuel Mouse<\/strong> is now the second Managing Director of the Cronos subsidiary. Together with Michael Elsterkamp, still Managing Director of Cronos Digital Consulting, he now acts as dual leadership.
