According to BearingPoint, the following five tech trends will be in the spotlight next year: Responsible AI, Cloud at the Edge, Cybersecurity Mesh, Embedded Data and Analytics and Connected Sensors and Machines. The first two topics in particular will become increasingly important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use cases for AI have now reached a high level of maturity and are already widespread. This is why they now need to be scrutinized more critically. It is no longer enough for AI systems to work well - their predictions must also be fair and easy to explain to customers and regulators. Systems and best practices are emerging that meet these requirements for more robust and better AI solutions.<\/p>

Sovereign clouds and edge computing requirements are also among the new challenges for CTOs. Computing capacities should be closer to the user and resources should be made available for real-time processing.
