Although vaccination regulations will lead to complications, they will not be the reason why many companies fail to introduce new working models. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The biggest difficulties will be faced by 60 percent of companies switching to a hybrid model: A third of initial attempts to introduce a location-independent working concept will simply not work, as managers will continue to link meetings, presentations and promotion opportunities to the personal presence of employees. <\/p><div id=\"great-3054269110\" class=\"great-fullsize-content-en\" style=\"margin-bottom: 20px;\"><a
