SAS Germany in upheaval<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Helene Lengler<\/strong> takes over the leadership of the German organization of SAS as Managing Director. Lengler is distinguished by many years of experience in the management and sales of IT companies. After starting her career at Digital Equipment, she worked for nearly 20 years in various management positions at Oracle before moving into management at InterSystems. Lengler studied at Julius Maximilian University in W\u00fcrzburg, the University of New Mexico and AKAD University. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She replaces Annette Green, who will work with Helene Lengler until the end of the year to ensure a seamless transition. Concurrent with this leadership change, SAS is decoupling the organizations of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The offices in Vienna and Zurich will continue to operate as separate organizations and will be integrated internally into new regional structures in each case. <\/p>

CEO change at Cenit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Peter Schneck<\/strong> becomes a member of the Cenit Management Board and takes over the position of CEO. The current CEO Kurt Bengel is scheduled to leave the company at the end of 2021. Schneck studied law in Bonn (specializing in international business law) and holds an MBA from the University of Reading. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the course of his professional career, he has gained extensive management experience, often at the top of large international companies: Among other things, Peter Schneck acted as Managing Director at Scheidt & Bachmann, a global provider of IT solutions for parking management, and later as Managing Director of the parking management provider Apcoa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After joining the Trapeze Group, a software company in the transportation technology sector owned by the Canadian group Constellation, Peter Schneck headed the company as CEO from 2014 to 2019. In 2019, he took over the position of CEO at Datagroup and was responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Relations and Legal until his move to Cenit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another two years as Bitkom President<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Achim Berg<\/strong> has been re-elected as President of the digital association Bitkom. Berg was unanimously confirmed for a third term of office by the main board in Berlin. Over the next two years, he will therefore speak for the more than 2100 member companies of Bitkom with their more than two million employees in Germany. Sabine Bendiek, member of the Executive Board of SAP, was elected as the new Vice President. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Industry expert takes the helm at IoT Inspector<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Jan Wendenburg<\/strong> has taken over the management of IoT Inspector, a company specializing in the security testing of IoT devices and their firmware. Florian Lukavsky, founder of IoT Inspector, takes over the role of CTO and will focus on the further technical development of the powerful IoT security platform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"IoT security will be the most important task in IT security in the future. Whether critical infrastructures such as energy and water suppliers, airplanes, medical devices or even the robot vacuum cleaner at home - without IoT security, all devices and data can be manipulated, lives endangered and substantial damage caused. IoT Inspector gets to the root of this problem and identifies IoT vulnerabilities across the entire lifecycle - from development to integration and operation\"<\/em>says the new CEO Jan Wendenburg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With numerous positions at various companies focusing on IT security, Wendenburg is an established expert in the industry. He began his career at IBM as Regional and Branch Manager, founded international IT security companies and most recently restructured Certgate as CEO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Chief Financial Officer at Easy Software<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Heino Erdmann<\/strong> joins the Easy Software management team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The business graduate will assume responsibility for Finance, Controlling, IT and Legal\/Compliance. Erdmann can look back on around 25 years of experience in finance at various international companies. Most recently, he was Managing Director and Vice President Finance and Operations at the British software manufacturer Sage, where he was responsible for the Central European business. In addition to his finance functions, the D\u00fcsseldorf native has managed numerous M&A transactions and post-merger integrations in the past. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also brings extensive experience in the areas of reorganization, internationalization and corporate planning and management. At Sage, he successfully managed the transformation to a cloud and SaaS provider as part of his responsibility for the Central European business. At Easy Software, he completes the Management Board around CEO Andreas Zipser, who is looking forward to his support: \"Heino has already demonstrated his excellent skills in the areas of finance and restructuring on several occasions.\"<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jens R\u00fcster<\/strong> has been appointed Senior Vice President of Devoteam N Platform EMEA. N Platform is the newly created division that unites all of the Group's ServiceNow activities. R\u00fcster's strategic focus is on the areas of digitalization, security and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Roger Kehl<\/strong> <\/strong>completes the management team at Cloud-flight as the new CEO. Together with the newly appointed CFO Christoph Oberhaus and Managing Director J\u00f6rn -Petereit, COO and member of the Bitkom Executive Board, the management team will drive Cloud-flight's growth forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Michael Kugler<\/strong><\/strong> has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Contentserv, a software company specializing in Product Experience Management (PXM). Kugler succeeds Florian Zink, who joins Investcorp, a private equity company, as Operating Executive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Volker <\/strong>Brown<\/strong> is the new CTO and Managing Director at Implico. In his new role, the IT expert will focus on the further development and expansion of the Implico product portfolio, the implementation of standardization goals and the ongoing transformation into a strong product company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Marit Hartung<\/strong> <\/strong>takes over the COO role at Deskcenter. The experienced manager will focus in particular on structuring the operational business with global MSPs and establishing it as a sales channel.
