BVDW and Agof now want to change this.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The German Digital Industry Association (BVDW) has joined forces with the Arbeits-gemeinschaft Onlineforschung (Agof) to develop a new quality certificate for the visibility of advertising (viewability). Kheto was founded in 2005 with a focus on SAP Business Intelligence and supports companies with their SAP projects across the entire lifecycle, from strategic orientation to implementation and support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the acquisition of the Cologne-based company, Claranet is also expanding its range of managed services to include the operation of SAP workloads on public clouds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charles Nasser, founder and CEO of Claranet, comments: \"<em>The experience that the Kheto team has around the migration from SAP to S\/4 Hana is a significant knowledge asset for Claranet. The aim is to establish a delivery and sales structure in German-speaking countries that will pave the way to success for the numerous upcoming transformation projects to S\/4 Hana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customers can now obtain the proven SAP testing technology from Tricentis as well as support and service from TeamWork. Tricentis' portfolio enables TeamWork to compile and provide the right testing procedures in the right quantity and with a coordinated skillset for each company. The cooperation focuses on the Ingentis Org.Manager software solution, which Capgemini will include in its own consulting and IT services portfolio in the future. Both partners emphasize the synergy effects they expect from the cooperation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Markus Eckl, Global Head of Strategic Alliances and Partnering at Ingentis, explains: \"<em>In recent years, we have developed Org.Manager from a pure organizational chart solution into a strategic corporate planning tool that is used in areas such as reorganization and organizational effectiveness. Our solution is able to visualize HR key figures and thus highlight areas for action, which Capgemini's experts then address<\/em>.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Martin Schmidt, Vice President People and Technology at Capgemini Germany, also emphasizes: \"<em>We see Org.Manager as more than just an SAP add-on. We use the tool with its functions in our implementation projects<\/em>.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">News from the retail sector<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Snabble's scan-and-go solution will become an important component of q.beyond's highly scalable trading platform.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>q.beyond acquires a 25.4 percent stake in Snabble and consolidates its position in the retail sector. Snabble has already demonstrated the functionality and market maturity of its own scan-and-go solution at major retailers such as Ikea, TeeGschwendner and Tegut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Founded in 2018, the start-up can use the new financing round to expand the reach and functionality of its product. q.beyond is integrating the innovative solution into its own retail platform StoreButler, thereby opening up opportunities for growth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thorsten Raquet, member of the q.beyond management board, emphasizes the strategic importance of the new investment: \"<em>The digitalization of stores is currently the central topic in retail. Our retail platform StoreButler now covers the entire shopping experience with integrated solutions - from digital price tags to self-checkout<\/em>.\" <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>q.beyond is already working with Snabble on its first projects and is now tying the start-up more closely to it; the contract that has now been concluded includes the option to increase the stake from 2023 and acquire a majority stake. By merging with ProTask, Valantic is expanding its range of solutions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ProTask also represents a valuable regional and performance-related addition through hosting and the provision of SAP services such as training and implementation in the tri-border region of Austria, Germany and Switzerland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"<em>With Valantic, we have found a company that gives us the opportunity to grow. The merger is to take the form of a recommended offer by NortonLifeLock for the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Avast. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the terms of the merger, Avast shareholders may receive a combination of cash and newly issued NortonLifeLock shares, with alternative payout options available. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Boards of Directors of NortonLifeLock and Avast believe that the combination is strategically and financially compelling and represents an attractive opportunity to create a new, industry-leading consumer cybersecurity company that leverages the established brands, technologies and innovations of both groups to deliver benefits to consumers, shareholders and other stakeholders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The merger will also enhance the combined company's financial profile through scale, long-term growth, cost synergies with reinvestment capabilities and strong cash flow generation supported by a solid balance sheet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company is expected to achieve double-digit growth in earnings per share in the first full year after completion of the merger and double-digit sales growth in the long term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working successfully from anywhere<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salesforce has announced that the acquisition of Slack Technologies has now been completed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies around the world have learned over the past year that if you don't have a way to connect digitally with your employees, customers and partners, you have little chance of surviving.
