Ziel war es, ein besseres Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr die Einstellung der Mitarbeiter in Gro\u00dfunternehmen in den USA und Europa in Bezug auf Technologien zur Gesch\u00e4ftsautomatisierung sowie der \u201eHumanisierung\u201c der Kundenbeziehung zu erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angesichts der Covid-19-Pandemie wird diese Frage f\u00fcr Organisationen noch dringlicher.
