Quelle: Adito<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Statement erhielt in der Studie die h\u00f6chsten Zustimmungswerte: 76 Prozent pflichteten dieser Aussage bei. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dazu passt auch die Tatsache, dass drei Viertel der Studienteilnehmer die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der CRM-Strategie als wichtigen oder sehr wichtigen Erfolgsfaktor f\u00fcr das Kundenmanagement betrachten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Studie fragte auch nach limitierenden Faktoren. Zu wenige Ressourcen hinderten 45 Prozent an der Umsetzung. Dass die gew\u00e4hlte Software nicht zu Unternehmensprozessen passte, bremste 33 Prozent aus.
